Wilefire Corp. was founded in January of 2021, when the Tempe zip codes, 85283 and 85284, were acquired from KBJ Holdings Inc.
We started with 11 people and 11 trucks, and we have revamped our entire business model to create a great place to work, driven by a group of hard working, customer-based individuals. When we started, most of our trucks were P1000’s or smaller.
We pride ourselves on our teamwork, family values, ethics and integrity.

Our vehicles are equipped with the latest technology to ensure safe practices are being met while in motion. From turn and backup cameras to always recording front and driver facing cameras, our drivers are always the safest on the road.

No, unfortunately they do not, but during the summer routes are planned with the knowledge that it is very hot, and breaks are needed to stay hydrated and healthy. During the winter, sweatshirts/coats may be purchased from the company.
This is a learned behavior. We have some of the best organizers in the business. Our drivers put pride into the way their truck looks at the beginning and end of day, this helps with the desire to "fit more" in each truck!

- Wilefire Corp LLC. is looking for energetic, highly motivated Delivery drivers, willing to work and communicate as part of a team, in a fast-paced environment. You will represent our company in a professional and cost-effective manner to increase profitability and customer satisfaction.
Delivery Driver positions available immediately out of the Chandler terminal.
Serving Tempe 85283 & 85284 zip codes
- This is a full-time position, 5-6 days weekly. Typical hours are between 8 am and 5pm.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes
- Follow routes and time schedule
- Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle
Skills
- Experience as a Delivery Driver preferred but will train the right candidate
- Valid driver’s license
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Pay/incentives
- Starting pay without experience is $750-$800 per week full time
- Starting pay with experience is $850-$1000 per week full time
- Plus, stop count overage of $1.00 per stop over 140 stops a day and $.05 per package over 200 picked up and delivered.
- Motivational incentives paid out quarterly and annually for going above and beyond to help your team.
- Monthly bonuses for excellent job performance.
- Health benefits available after 90 days.
Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age
- Must pass criminal background check
- Must submit to a physical exam and pass a drug screen
- Must have a clean driving record
